The magic load limit for many vehicles is 3.5 tons. That's the limit and no further.
But sometimes the load is a little heavier, the cabin a little larger and the 3.5 tons total weight is simply not enough.
For exactly such cases, we now offer a load increase certificate to 4 tons in conjunction with the Tough Dog chassis for the Land Cruiser J7 series.
Load increase? This means that the permissible total weight of the vehicle registered by the manufacturer is increased. The adjustment increases the payload weight while the unladen weight remains the same.
Of course, such an upgrade needs to be carefully considered, but the 4-ton load increase is just the right decision for long journeys to distant countries with a heavy cabin.
