If you have purchased a product from us, we will process the purchase contract in accordance with the agreements made.
Information describing the applicable requirements with regard to the design and implementation of our service: The applicable requirements for the accessibility of our service result from the provisions of the Act Implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility requirements for products and services and amending other laws (Accessibility Reinforcement Act - BFSG) and from the provisions of the Ordinance on the Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services under the Accessibility Reinforcement Act (Ordinance to the Accessibility Reinforcement Act - BFSGV). The BFSG stipulates that certain products placed on the market after June 28, 2025 and certain services provided to consumers after June 28, 2025 must be accessible. This means that the relevant products and services can be found, accessed and used by people with disabilities in the usual way, without particular difficulty and, in principle, without assistance. The BFSGV contains specific accessibility requirements for certain products and services. For the online trading service we provide, the BFSGV initially contains general requirements for certain products used to provide the service, as well as general requirements for the provision of information. For the e-commerce service we provide, the BFSGV also contains additional requirements to the effect that our service provides functions, procedures, strategies and processes as well as changes in execution that are geared towards the needs of people with disabilities and ensure interoperability with assistive technologies. The additional requirements concern information on the accessibility of the products for sale and the services offered, insofar as this information is provided by the responsible economic operator. The additional requirements also concern identification, authentication, security and payment functions provided, as well as identification methods, authentication methods, electronic signatures and payment services provided.
